I need an instagram expert

I’m a choreographer and have spent a lot of time and money on producing great quality content, I use it as my portfolio that I send to clients. Over the last few weeks my old videos have decreased drastically in quality and is eating away at more and more videos. If I save the video or put it on my story it is great quality. Really need to know what’s going on as have invested alot of money on professional filming gear.
