I need digital and social media marketing support for my new business

I have set up a small business hiring out tableware for children's parties locally to people in Bath. It's called Eco Party Kits Bath. I really believe in the concept of helping local families cut down on landfill waste, and have had a positive response from initial clients who have hired party kits, however things have slowed and I am not sure how to market the business and what to focus on. It is a very small business/ side hustle at the moment, but time depending I would like it to grow and develop.
