need a campaign director for artist brand promo over

hi there, hip-hop am a new hip-hop artist, i need a campaign director to setup the direction of my marketing campaign in order to reach to the right audiences who resonate with my music, build a fanbase, ...etc, the candidate must be well versed in the following:
1- social media best practices/ hacks for music artist organic + paid ads growth
2- familiar with all social media platforms used to promote music artists such as FB+IG+Tiktok+youtube , any other platforms knowledge is an advantage
3- able to create a funnel to drive in traffic to my Artist music site to collect data from visitors for potential retargeting later on.
4- knowledge of pre -release / pre-save campaigns and its best tactics.
5- knows how to run the release campaign to create the buzzz needed for the single/LM/EP
6- familarity with post release campaign to drive the campaign to its peak.
7- knows how to plan, strategize, and communicate the same with the VA who is managing the content on the social media channels/ artist site.
8- ability to assist in writing the titles, and written content for the posts which will be posted by the VA in order to engage the viewers/followers better.
9- branding, brand communication and brand strategy are essential for the role .
10- familiarity with hiphop genre as a whole and its sub genres is a great advantage
