I need a Social Media Marketer experienced in Healthcare

I am looking for an experienced social media marketer who can handle a number of Canadian healthcare clients and scale as we grow. We generate industry specific content (i.e. Eye Care) and/or custom content direction provided by the client. We post 3 times per week to FB, Insta, Twitter and once per week to GMB. You are required to onboard these clients, create accounts and logins, collect and generate content for approval, and use a content calendar (software that you use currently) to deploy automatically throughout the month. We also require monthly analytic reports on how the various social media platforms are performing.
We are expecting to begin with 25 - 50 new clients in 2022 and grow quickly from there. I have included an example of what a post should look like and contain.

This is an ongoing project with monthly contracts for clients and will be paid on a client by client basis.
