I need Instagram Shopping set up

New e-commerce store on BigCommerce, can be linked to Instagram Shopping. One-person business, no IT, marketing, social media department, or anyone else who knows how to do this stuff. It's all down to me and I'd rather be making product to sell instead of trying to get this going by myself. Personally, I don't know anything about social media, nothing about social media shopping. I know there are lots of articles online about how to do it, but I don't have the time or the inclination to figure it out. So, I need someone to get me all set up and running on Instagram, or coach me through the process, and the teach me what I need to know or where to find the resources to go forward.
