I need an Instagram Expert

I need to develop my Instagram feed and need someone who has grown accounts quickly in tha past and can help me to produce graphics (while I write the copy).

An impressive portfolio is a must and availability (as in being able to respond quickly) is worth a lot to me.

I would expect this person to help me on a regular basis.
