marketing help needed

I need a marketing company or an agency who can help me with

- creating landing pages
- setting up social marketing campaigns such as linkedin
- hire one full time person to follow up on the leads or send 1:1 messages on linkedin

please send me your proposal for

- how much to hire one person per month (I will be working with this person on a daily basis, giving training the person needs to understand the product)
- how much it would cost to set up a landing page using tools such as ubounce
- fee to set up one time social marketing campaigns targeting specific geo, title and company sizes
- I'm planning to spend about $3000 - $5000 per month on the media buy (I will not be involved in account set up for the media buy, your company will be in charge of executing the plan and the cost will be part of the package)
- timeline commitment

this will be ongoing project and I will be paying on a monthly basis. It is critical that the campaign captures leads, sales and appointments within 1-2 months of launching the campaign otherwise it will not continue.
