I am looking for an ads expert who is going to manage the agency's clients. Looking for someone that managed budgets of $500+ per day. Work with growth potential.
I need a Facebook and Instagram Marketing specialist, who will be able to produce the maximum amount of results for different niches. We work with local businesses, but looking to reach out to some e-commerce shops. We need an experienced media buyer, who will be able to handle all the aspects of an ad( photo editing and making the creatives, copy of the ad, working with the FB pixel, and running retargeting campaigns)
Our current clients are in spa niches(massage) and health(KangenWater ambassadors).
We are at the beginning, and now scaling the numbers, which eventually will get new traffic and new clients in the shortest time possible. In the market we are in, there are not so many concurrents, which leads us to decide to work here for a lower budget, but eventually getting the trust and building the brand, and then expanding to the USA market.

You need to:
*Have at least 2 years of experience with social media marketing(Retargeting campaigns are included)
*Have Experience with lead generation campaigns
*Copywriting skills and being able to put together a sales copy and an attractive copy as well.
*Graphic design skills, as you will be responsible, for my assistance in creating the creatives for our campaigns
*Understanding perfectly how the Facebook pixel works and even maybe knowing some better alternatives
*Analytical skills, being able to study the position of our client and the market, as well as creating the client’s avatar.
* Experience with social media management, and just being able to make a simple content calendar, as well as being familiar with the tools dedicated to this segment.
*Opened mindset, ready to put in the work and deliver quality and quantity at the same time
*Ability to adapt fast
*Growth mindset, and not a fixed mindset
*Knowledge about running Webinars, and optimizing landing pages for this goal
* Confidence, I am looking for a person that is a warrior in this game of marketing.
* Creative person(Very important)

But it is a very solid opportunity for us to show our skills on an easier market, and then when transferring to solid markets, everything turns places, and you know, the check becomes big, but we do basically what we did and learned for probably 10x less.
