looking for digital marketing manager for travel company

I'm looking for an experienced digital marketing manager to help achieve the goals of our travel company. I want to focus on Social Media Marketing and specifically Google search engine optimization, facebook, and Instagram campaigns, content marketing, and post and video creation. As our budget for hiring for this position is quite limited, I'm looking for someone who can deliver results on a lower budget. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of digital marketing tactics and strategies, in order to take our travel business to the next level.
