Zapier content broadcast to top social media sites

I have content . Videos I post to tiktok. I want to automate the process and post to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Pinterest.
The content for each site must be tailored to each Social Media platform.
I will create the videos. The system created needs to automate the process of posting.
We will need to set up new accounts for each platform except TikTok. Then automate the content by time and date.
Some basic rules to follow.
1. Please share examples of Zapier work you have completed in the past.
