WhatsApp & Telegram Community Expansion - India
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I run two public communities — one on WhatsApp, one on Telegram — focused on Indian Job Markets. I need to scale both to 5,000–10,000 genuine Indian members within 4-8 weeks.
Rules are non-negotiable:
- 100% real, organic members — no bots, no fake accounts, no recycled contact lists
- Must comply fully with WhatsApp and Telegram ToS
- 7-day retention must stay above 80%
What I'm looking for in you:
- Proven experience growing Indian WhatsApp/Telegram groups (show me screenshots, analytics, or case studies)
- Hands-on knowledge of: viral referral loops, cross-channel promotion, influencer collabs, content hooks that convert browsers
into active members
- You should be able to explain exactly how you'll get members — not just promise numbers
Deliverables:
1. Growth plan — channels you'll use, messaging angles, daily/weekly member targets
2. Execution — you implement the plan for an agreed period (not just strategy, actual work)
3. Weekly checkpoints — member count screenshots, engagement metrics, analytics exports
4. Final report — what worked, what didn't, and recommendations for sustaining growth
