WhatsApp Business API Setup & Promotion

I'm seeking a professional to help set up a WhatsApp Business API for my cafe. Please note that I already have WhatsApp business account and using it since a year. I want to get verified (green ticked) so that it adds credibility.
Additionally, I'm looking to initiate promotional broadcasts to our existing customer database.
Database: 35K phone numbers

Key Tasks:
- **WhatsApp Business API Setup**: The main task will be to integrate the WhatsApp Business API for our cafe. A solid understanding of API integrations and WhatsApp Business is crucial.
- **Getting Green tick after verification.**
- **Setting up multiple mobile numbers per cafe branch (at the moment 2 branches)**
- **Promotional Broadcasts**: I plan to send out messages regarding our discounts and special offers, as well as new menu items. Therefore, you will be responsible for setting up the system that will handle these broadcasts.
