Wellness Retreats Instagram Account Management

I'm looking for an Instagram Account Manager with expertise in all areas of Instagram growth and engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

- Content creation and scheduling: Expert in crafting engaging posts tailored to a wellness theme, retreat planning, and ayurveda health, maintaining a consistent posting schedule. Graphic design skills and proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva will be much appreciated.

- Audience engagement and growth: Must have proven strategies for boosting followers and increasing engagement rates within my target demographics: Millennials and Adults aged 35-54. You should understand what content works best for these audiences in a health and wellness context, in particular healing and retreats.

- Analytics and reporting: Ability to track, analyze, and report on performance metrics. Must use this data to refine strategy and drive further growth.

Ideal candidates will be social media managers with a deep understanding of the Instagram algorithm, proven experience in growing an Instagram account and excellent content creation abilities tailored to a wellness theme.
