Bi-Weekly Real Estate Reels
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I’m looking for a creative partner who can turn my newest listings into two polished Instagram/Facebook reels each week. Some posts will be of myself doing life with friends or real estate, value add. Every reel will spotlight one property highlight, overlay a short, relevant quote, and be set to music that matches the mood of the home—sometimes upbeat, sometimes relaxing, sometimes purely instrumental. I’ll provide the photos, video snippets, basic property facts, and any quotes I’d like featured; your input would also be required then handle the editing, music selection, captions, and recommended hashtags so the post is ready to upload.
Please share a link or samples of past social-media video work that show you’ve done property-style or similarly visual content before. Consistency and quick turnaround are key for me, so an eye for detail and an ability to keep branding cohesive across each week’s posts will stand out.
Deliverables each week:
• 2 vertical reels (15–30 sec) formatted for Instagram & Facebook
• Captions with hashtags and the featured quote
• Royalty-free or licensed music embedded and volume-balanced
• Final MP4 files plus the editable project file (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
