Website promotion/social marketing

I am seeking a freelancer to help me with website promotion and social marketing. My target audience is the general public. The ideal candidate for this local job should have experience in social media marketing and website promotion. Freelancers should highlight their past work and experience in their application. Must be in the US or you won’t even be answered. Not exactly sure how to post as local.
