Virtual Assistant (m/f/d) for OF creators for Instagram & TikTok – Strategy, Growth & Support

We’re looking for a long-term Virtual Assistant to fully support and advise for OnlyFans creators on Instagram & TikTok.

Your role includes:
• Full support and strategic guidance for IG & TikTok
• Planning, scheduling, and posting content
• Developing content ideas and trend scouting
• Managing DMs, comments and community interaction
• Advising on organic growth and follower engagement
• Helping to implement a Mother-Slave account strategy
• Uploading and organizing content (stories…reels…feed)

What you bring:
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and algorithm dynamics
• Experience with organic audience growth and content scaling
• Creative mindset and proactive communication
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and subscription-based platforms
• Fluent in German (English is a plus)
• Reliable, organized and discreet

Remote | 5–10h/week - later more | Flexible schedule | Long-term collaboration desired
