Virtual Assistant for Social Media Content Repurposing
Budget: $2 – $8 CAD
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient virtual assistant to repurpose and reformat existing social media content. This role involves resizing graphics and creating short-form video content for our social media accounts all from EXISTING assets. This is a fractional position, perfect for someone looking to contribute to social media marketing without major design work. The primary tasks include resizing images and clipping/creating Reels and short videos for social media accounts. You will be preparing content for social media platforms but will not be managing the platforms directly. You will primarily use Canva and simple video clipping software. All the tools needed will be provided to you.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with creating short-form video content.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and adherence to formatting guidelines.
- Reliable internet access and necessary software for content creation.
- Ability to follow specific instructions and video training provided.
Experience:
- Opus Clip, Vidyo.ai, or Capcut vide is beneficial but not required.
- Canva is beneficial, but not required.
- Slack, Google Docs & Google Drive is a must.
Skills:
- Graphic resizing (specifically for Facebook dimensions)
- Video clipping
- Creating short-form content for TikTok
- Time management and organization
- Ability to follow specific instructions
