Viral 0-10K Social Growth within 3 months with generated 10 leads/month for demo and purchase

I’m starting from scratch on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter and want each profile to break the 10 k-follower mark within six months. Along the way we need to rack up at least 2–3 million impressions and spark a minimum of three genuinely viral moments that push the brand beyond its current circle.
The heart of the plan is informative, engaging content that generates leads for demo and purchase invites conversation, shares insights, and still feels entertaining. To hit the numbers we’ll lean heavily on strong visual storytelling: clean infographics that simplify ideas, slick motion graphics that catch the eye in the first three seconds, and AI-generated reels that feel fresh enough to stop the scroll.
I’m looking for someone who can own the full pipeline—ideation, scripting, design, editing, posting, community management, paid boosts when strategic, and performance tracking—then report back with clear data so we both know what’s working.
Deliverables I need to see:
• A six-month content roadmap broken into weekly themes and daily posts
• Production of platform-native assets (infographics, reels, motion graphics) ready to publish in the correct aspect ratios and resolutions
• Continuous audience engagement: comment replies, DM triage, hashtag and trend outreach
• Bi-weekly performance reports showing follower growth, reach, impressions, engagement rate and campaign insights
• At least three campaigns that exceed typical post reach by 10× or more, backed by the analytics to prove it
