Viral Reels Creation for Retreat Promotion

I'm looking for a social media expert to manage my Instagram account, focused on promoting my retreats. Your job will be to create and post daily inspirational and motivational reels, edited from my existing retreat footage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research competitor profiles and trending reels in the retreat niche to inspire content
- Edit and post daily reels
- Engage with followers daily, focusing on comments and replies. No bots, all engagement must be genuine and organic.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in video editing
- Understanding of Instagram algorithms
- Previous experience in social media management, particularly for promoting events or retreats
- Ability to create inspirational and motivational content

Please note, the primary aim is to promote my retreats, so all content should align with this goal.

We will start with a trial to post 7 reels in one week. If I'm happy, I'll agree to a month and longer term.
