Instead of working for a fee, you’ll earn a percentage of all revenue we generate from social media, podcast, newsletter, and digital product sales.
What You'll Do:
- Build and execute viral-first strategies across TikTok, IG, YouTube Shorts, Twitter/X
- Spot trends before they pop and adapt content to ride the wave
- Optimize hooks, thumbnails, hashtags, post timing, and formats
- Monitor analytics and iterate fast based on what works
- Help craft the personal brand voice that draws attention and builds loyalty
- Support basic PR: pitching content to media or creators for amplification

- Strong sense of storytelling, virality, and what actually grabs attention

Compensation:
