I run a sweet baby-girl Instagram account that’s ready to move beyond cute memories and start capturing the explore page. I have plenty of raw phone footage; what I need is someone who can consistently transform those clips into eye-catching, trendy, viral-style reels and turn the resulting buzz into real engagement.
Your role combines two skill sets:
1. Reels Creation
• Trim phone videos into slick 15-30 sec edits
• Add on-trend music, captions, emojis, and playful motion graphics (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects—whichever keeps it native to Instagram)
• Match the fast-paced, upbeat vibe popular on baby and family accounts right now
2. Engagement Growth
• Post at optimal times, craft hooky captions, and select smart hashtags
• Spark conversation in comments and Stories to lift saves, shares, and overall interaction
• Track Insights weekly and adjust topics, sounds, or posting frequency to keep engagement climbing
Deliverables I’m looking for each week:
• 6-7 finished reels, ready to upload
• A quick engagement-performance snapshot with the next week’s action tweaks
