Vietnamese Community Growth & Engagement Specialist

We’re looking for a passionate and talented individual to help scale the user base of our community platform (hosted on Circle). As someone who understands the Vietnamese audience deeply, we need you to craft organic content that resonates and build authentic connections that drive engagement and membership growth.
Our goal is to scale our community memberships and create something extraordinary together.
What We’re Looking For:
-A creative powerhouse with a deep understanding of the Vietnamese audience.
-Proven experience in scaling user bases and growing online communities.
-Expertise in organic social media campaigns tailored for Vietnamese culture and interests.
-Strong outreach and networking skills.
-A passion for connecting with people and building communities.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute strategies to grow our community memberships.
-Create engaging, culturally relevant organic content that drives virality in Vietnam.
-Contribute to shaping the community experience and translating our vision into action.
Ideal Candidate:

-You have a track record of success in community building, social media growth, or content creation in Vietnam.
