Key Responsibilities:
- Edit high-quality, engaging videos for social media platforms, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and brand stories.
- Contribute creative ideas and suggestions, going beyond simply following instructions.
- Collaborate closely with me to manage multiple clients and campaigns effectively.
- Be open to a long-term partnership, with opportunities for increased responsibility and compensation as the agency grows.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in video editing software and a strong portfolio of social media clips, promotional videos, and brand stories.
- A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for video content.
