Use social listening tools with bots and/or AI to engage with people

The project uses a social listening and monitoring tool to find out what people are talking about in context related to the brand and our products, then use bots and/or AI to engage by replying or commenting to those people with answers related to what he/she has to say and put # related to our products and services and may include a link to our website.
