Urban Instagram Ad for Furniture Sales

I'm looking to create a compelling Instagram ad that promotes the sale of unique furniture pieces. The aesthetic needs to be urban and modern to resonate with the target audience: millennials, homeowners, and interior designers. The goal is not only to create strong brand awareness but to effectively generate sales leads.
I refurbish second hand furniture and turn into modern functional furniture. Eg old pine wood tv cabinet into a unique modern functional one off desk for a teenager or dining with lots of storage and great to look at. Also refurbish pallets into potting tables, herb pot and tables for seniors, garage work benches. Also turn old tv cabinets into cat houses/averies. I sell everything for under $660.
