Unisex Salon Social Media Setup & Promotion -- 2

I'm looking for a skilled social media marketer to help promote my unisex salon located within an apartment complex of over 800 flats. The target audience is limited to 2000-2500 residents of the apartment, as only they can use the salon.

Requirements:
- Create and set up Instagram and Facebook pages for the salon
- Promote service demonstration reels and marketing content (content will be provided by me)
