**Deliverables needed:**
**1. Reel 1 — Resilience Theme**
Create a reel around the theme of resilience. Clip the interview answer to match the interview question, add strong overlay text, and create a short, powerful answer around “What is resilience?”
**2. Reel 2 — Turning a No Into a Yes**
Create a story-driven reel. Please remove the narrator/interviewer’s voice asking questions. Use the subject’s story about the professor’s comment, include b-roll of a professor, include story content about being a single mom working in the background, and end around the 1-minute mark with b-roll/content of the subject’s graduation and time serving as Minister.
**3. Reel 3 — Extra Shorts / Remaining Content**
Package the remaining useful interview content into an additional short/reel. Use the strongest moments left from the footage and turn them into a clean, engaging short.
**Important requirements:**
* Must speak and understand English well
* Must be able to follow storytelling direction
* Must use clean, premium text overlays
* Must match the reference editing style
* Must remove unnecessary pauses/questions/filler
* Must deliver polished social-ready reels
* Must be available now
**Deadline:** Delivery needed within the next **1 to 1.5 hours, Eastern Time / New York time zone / EST**.
