Twitter and other Social Media Marketing for an NFT Artist -- 2

My wife is a painter and started doing artwork for the NFT (Crypto) space this year.
I would like someone who will help her build and execute straightforward marketing strategies in order to grow her following on twitter and instagram and make sales.
I'm looking for someone professional that can prove past success for other clients, that is very familiar to the blockchain and NFT space (platforms, artists, trends) and also on Twitter and Marketing side (you know how to use different tools such as post planning tools, url shorteners, etc.)
We don't want someone that will "just execute said tasks", but rather someone that will come up easily with ideas, and that is creative and can implement these ideas on behalf of us.
Tasks will be : Write posts, design post content using Canva or similar tools using modern design (twitter posts, instagram stories. --> designs need to be clean, soft and modern), find marketing ideas, run contests, and all other relevant tasks
We need someone with a good english level that knows how to "write" in the crypto space on twitter and even instagram and more. On our end we will provide all the needed photos, videos and direction.
So as you understood we need someone with positive, reliable, that is ready to do quality work to help us gain time.
