Twitter account growth/management

Hi,
For one of our customers, we need a social media manager for Twitter.
The client is an innovative, censorship-resistant, social network, based on the Blockchain. It currently has approximately 400,000 users.
Roles:
- Update Twitter regularly with news and info (2-4 posts/day?), considering the current situation (Ukraine war) and censorship in general in the world.
- Share other users' tweets
We will give access to the Twitter account via Tweetdeck. If you do not know how to use it, do not apply.
Scope: increase the client's visibility on social media --> increase the number of active users
Ultimately the scope is to increase brand awareness along with the number of users.
We are open to discussing the use of other channels as well (Instagram? or TikTok?) so we will give our preference to people that can be propositive.
Content creation and social media management are the required skills.
The client will provide access to the Twitter account but the freelancer will be in charge of all the content creation.
The initial engagement is for 2 weeks. If our client likes the approach, we will extend it month by month.
We consider a commitment of 1-2 hours/day for 5 days/week, for a total of 5-10 hours/week.
Our budget is 10 USD/hour for Twitter management. After 2 weeks, if the client is happy, a significant raise will be agreed upon.
