Twitter Growth -- 2

I need help growing multiple twitter accounts from scratch by using keywords and not hashtags. This is a long term project. (Working in a sensitive industry)

Goal:
- Drive website traffic through Twitter marketing campaign and Increase followers

Target Audience:
- Potential customers

Tweet Frequency:
- 3-5 times a day not including retweets

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Social media marketing experience
- Knowledge of Twitter algorithm and best practices
- Put the word California somewhere in your proposal so I know you read this
- Experience targeting potential customers through social media
- Ability to create engaging and compelling tweets
- Experience in tracking and analyzing social media metrics to optimize campaign performance
