Tweet broadcasting

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with a tweet broadcasting project. The purpose of the tweet broadcasting is to share news and information with my audience. Although I have some ideas, I would need the freelancer to create the content for the tweets. The tweets should be broadcasted multiple times a day.
