Turn my weekly show into a newsletter

We do a weekly show inside of our Marketing Choreography Facebook group. The show is called the KISS show and has different segments in it to help our group learn more about the different elements of online marketing. We are looking to have someone turn that show into our weekly newsletter that can be emailed out to our list and sent as a physical copy. I've included a copy of a newsletter that we would like to model.
