We want to offer a new trucking service, create a trucking app, and provide trucking equipment, but are still in the concept/idea stage, so we are looking for help in bringing our ideas to life.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to manage our social media accounts, create compelling content, handle website management tasks, and provide general IT support. As our one-stop solution provider, you will be responsible for ensuring that all our digital needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage our social media accounts across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
Create high-quality content (graphics, videos, and written) for our website and social media channels to attract and retain our target audience.
Manage and update our website using Namecheap, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and visually appealing.
Provide general IT support, including troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining our software and hardware, and ensuring our systems are secure.
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management, content creation, website management, and IT support.
Familiarity with Namecheap is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and requirements.
We are looking for a candidate who can commit to a fixed monthly fee for a long-term engagement.
