Tri-Platform Social Media Enhancer

I'm looking for help on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to grow our presence. We are a non profit in history/archeology, more specifically Bronze Age in the Mediterranean Sea. We have zero revenues. You need basic understanding of the domain as you need to find accounts we can follow and find a strategy to get them to follow us. We provide the content.

The primary tasks would include:
- Organic follower building: The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of growing an audience from the ground up (non profit)
- Strategic Posting: Not just churning out posts, but scheduling them effectively to engage the maximum number of our target audience - young adults (high school, university students)
- Audience engagement: You should be comfortable interacting with followers, responding to their queries, and cultivating an active, interactive community.
The preferred freelancer should be comfortable using all relevant tools, and able to provide evidence of previous success with social media management, particularly in attracting a young adult demographic.
