We’re hiring a proven short-form specialist to build, run, grow, and monetize TikTok accounts + YouTube Shorts from zero.
Location: Outside Europe only (Philippines / Asia / Bangladesh / similar).
Monthly net salary only — no hourly rates.
What you will own (end-to-end)
Strategy & niche research (positioning + monetization path)
Testing system (hooks, formats, length, retention)
Content production OR smart repurposing (create new shorts and/or adapt existing content to perform)
Editing & packaging (captions, pacing, trends, titles/hashtags, thumbnails for Shorts)
Posting + profile management
Weekly reporting + optimization
Monetization execution (affiliate / lead-gen / UGC / offers / brand outreach — depending on niche)
Pay (Net Monthly)
$450 net / month (fixed)
Performance Bonuses (real incentives)
First verified monetization (first revenue): +$150
100K views in 30 days: +$75
500K views in 30 days: +$150
1M views in 30 days: +$300
Optional (preferred): 5%–10% of net profit above an agreed threshold
