TikTok Growth Specialist Needed

I'm looking for a dedicated TikTok Social Media Manager to help me grow my followers to over 5000. My target audience is for working people aged 20 - 35 who are interested in learning how to make money online.

Content Focus:
- Primarily, we will be focusing on posting motivational stories to engage our audience and inspire them and take them to the next step to buy a product or service I am showcasing at the time

Posting Schedule:
- New content will need to be posted daily. Monday to Sunday at specific times

Engagement Strategies:
- I want a hands-on approach to community building. This will include:
- Commenting on posts to foster engagement
- Hosting live sessions to connect with our audience in real-time
- Collaborating with influencers to expand our reach and credibility

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record of managing TikTok accounts with successful follower growth
- Strong understanding of content creation and audience engagement
