TikTok Account Growth Specialist

I'm in need of a TikTok Manager who can focus solely on growing engagement and reach of my TikTok account. Specifically, the key tasks include:

- Content Strategy: The right candidate will develop a strategy that's tailored to my account's core theme - sports. This will involve understanding the latest trends and creating content that's not only engaging but also in line with what my followers would be interested in.
- Engagement Growth: The primary goal of this role is to significantly increase my account's engagement. This includes increasing likes, comments, shares and ultimately attracting more followers. The right candidate should have a solid understanding of TikTok's algorithm and how to effectively boost engagement.
- Daily Updates: I expect to be informed of how the account is performing on a daily basis. This should include key metrics, what's working well, and where improvements can be made.

In terms of experience and skills, the ideal candidate should:
- Have a demonstrable history of growing TikTok accounts and creating engaging content in the sports niche.
- Be well-versed in the TikTok platform and familiar with its latest trends and features.
- Be a strong communicator, providing clear, concise updates daily.
