Telegram Group Engagement Manager Needed

I'm looking for several individuals to help manage and hype up discussions in my Telegram group.
Need local people from Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Moderating discussions: Ensuring conversations remain respectful and on-topic.
- Engaging with Members: Sparking conversations, making everyone feel included, and keeping the atmosphere lively.

Member Engagement:
- Asking Questions: Stimulating conversations and gathering opinions.
- Participating in Polls: Helping to facilitate group input on various topics.
- Sharing Feedback: Communicating members' thoughts and concerns to me.
- Actively Engage: Making sure every member has a chance to participate.

I expect daily updates or progress reports from you, detailing the group's dynamics, member engagement and any notable incidents.

Ideal Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience with Telegram or similar platforms
- Ability to moderate discussions and manage group dynamics
- Friendly and approachable personality

Experience with social media management or community engagement would be a plus.
