Telecallers & Social Media Marketers Needed for US Education Campaign

I'm on the lookout for dynamic Telecallers and Social Media Marketers for an engaging US Education Enrollment Campaign.

Telecallers:
- You should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach
- Experience in telemarketing or sales

Social Media Marketers:
- You'll be promoting clien' campaign/website across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and any other relevant platforms.
- A focus on creating and sharing educational content is vital.
- Prior experience in social media marketing, especially for educational content, will be a significant advantage.
- Ability to create engaging content are key.

2 model payment:
1st Model:
1) 50 US dollars / hour with a target of assured 3 sales (US customers only) in a day or if unable to meet the target get paid 80 US dollars per sale.
Incentives: Plus 20 US dollars on every sale over and above 5 sales in a month

2nd Model:
1) 80 US Dollars per sale
Incentives: Plus 20 US dollars on every sale over and above 5 sales in a month

Payment:
- Biweekly. For first few sales within 10-11 days
