I am looking for a social media marketer, one who can handle social media. Instagram reels, content creation. Come up with fantastic campaigns and increase ROAS.

The job is not only about creating ads or setting up campaigns, But I want people who can ideate and come up with fantastic creatives (you don't need to create them ) but you must be able to think and ideate on the creatives.
Please understand this is going to be an ongoing exercise - where you will be expected to work with me for atleast 6 months.
