Spotify & Instagram Growth

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to help me with a project to grow my presence on Spotify and Instagram. The project will be for personal, not business use. My focus for this project will be on organic growth with the use of paid ads or influencer marketing when appropriate. I’d especially appreciate any help with specific strategies outside of the ordinary to make it stand out. I am particularly interested in outreach that targets certain geographical regions.
