Job Description
I’m looking for a creative and analytical video editor who can consistently produce short, high-quality videos in the sports / sports betting niche. This is not just about editing – I need someone who can also think strategically: what works, what doesn’t, and how we can go viral faster.
What I’m looking for:
Strong experience with short-form content (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Snapchat Spotlight).
Understanding of viral content strategy: hooks, pacing, captions, trending formats.
Creative but also analytical – able to look at performance and suggest improvements.
Reliable and consistent: I want 5–10 videos per week.
Affinity with sports or sports betting is a big plus.
What I provide:
Long-term collaboration (months).
Content and scripts will be partly provided – you’ll need to add your own touch, creativity, and structure.
Opportunity to grow a brand together in the sports niche.
Budget is limited, but this is a steady ongoing project.
Tasks:
Editing 5–10 short videos per week.
Adding captions, dynamic cuts, background music, and B-roll.
Repurposing content: export ready for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Snapchat.
Sharing short feedback about what works and what doesn’t.
Important:
Before we start, I require a trial video where you can fully show your editing skills. This trial will be based on partly provided script & content, and you are free to add your creativity.
