Socials Manager needed to increase followers from 400 to 40,000 for a new independent feature film

I am looking for a Socials Manager to help increase our followers from 400 to at least 40,000 for our new independent feature film.

Social Media Platforms:
-We are currently using Facebook, Instagram and a template based website to engage with our audience. We would like to build on these and expand into other platforms like TikTok etc.

Content Type:
- Images/Videos, of fim snippets, behind the scenes, cast, crew and supporter nterviews etc,
We want to post visually appealing content to captivate and engage our followers.

Target Audience:
- 15-30 year olds, 40-60 year olds
- film enthusiasts
- indie film enthusiasts

Ideal Skills and Experience:
