Social media support

I am a functional medicine practitioner. I am a social media novice and am looking for someone to be my person to manage this aspect of my business so that I can focus on doing what I like to do; research, provide content and help my clients. I have a podcast, Thyroid Answers, and a book that will be out soon.
I need someone to:
- support my social media content on multiple platforms
- take social media posts and convert them into blogs on my website or vise versa
- provide support podcast with some editing of podcasts, posting to social media, procuring guests
The person should have some experience in the nuances of social media marketing, some experience with functional medicine, have some knowledge and experience with websites, and video editing. I don't need you to write content but have the ability to clean up content and help cultivate what content might be important to my followers.
