Social media promotion Facebook, Twitter and Instagram

I need social media marketer who will promote my business on facebook, twitter. I am looking for quality with consistent freelancer and not someone who just wake up from sleep when I ask for update. Last time I hired a freelancer for facebook posts and she gave me dead links and only work when I ask for update. So really looking for genuine work here. thanks
