Social media marketing generating real clients

We are a classical ballet school located in Cairo, Egypt and are looking to hire a social media marketer to bring back to live our FB page with 247.000 followers and Insta page with 15.000 followers. We need a professional who will market us on social media to correct clients (we will not pay for ads as they do not work or for followers, likes and comments, shouldn't use templates or stock images/videos) therefore we need an expert using different methods to expose our business and generate us real clients! If you also have experience with google marketing strategies will be a plus!
