Social media manager/marketer/grower

I have recently started an online store (crazyfather.com) and also started its instagram account for it. It is in its very early stages and I have been inconsistently managing it up until now, trying to gain followers and posting a few things here and there.
I need someone who can post very regularly (4+ posts/week) with creative and engaging designs, professional captions, hashtags etc. I would also like the instagram account to significantly grow in REAL followers and really attract a trusting audience that would purchase from our website.
*The budget says 30-250 but it is negotiable and I am open to going higher*
