Social media manager for multi-platforms

I'm setting up a brand and a website. I'm looking for an individual or team in order to publish one (1) social media post per day, modify it for and distribute it on 5 other social media platforms.

Could you please provide:
- a cost estimate based on the above
- any additional information to provide a better quote
- any additional costs that I should consider
