Social media manager for author account

I am looking for a social media manager to help manage my author account. I currently have a Twitter account but it’s very early days and I am looking for someone to create and post content for me on a daily basis. The content should be related articles that are relevant to my work. I'm looking for daily postings that are professional and interesting.
