Social media manager

I'm looking for a Social Media Manager to help my business reach our marketing goals. We currently manage our presence on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, but are looking for an experienced professional to execute a social media campaign aimed at generating new leads.
The ideal candidate for this job will have prior experience developing and executing social media strategies for businesses similar to ours. They should also be knowledgeable about the target demographic for our business, which is age 27-40. Our goal is to increase lead generation through the use of engaging content, so the ideal candidate should be capable of producing creative content of a high standard. They should also be excellent communicators, able to craft messages and promotions that will help our target audience feel connected to our brand. Finally, the right candidate should have a passion for social media and will understand the value in delivering quality campaigns that align with our core values and marketing objectives.
